Now I build it for you.
I've spent three decades designing and managing hardware for European and American brands — the kind of century-old companies where a quality failure isn't a bad review, it's a recall across 40 countries.
Over 366 projects and 50 million units, I worked across kitchenware, electrical appliances, beauty and healthcare devices, smart products and industrial equipment. I learned the hard way that most manufacturing problems are design problems in disguise — and that the difference between a product that ships and a product that dies is usually decided months before anyone cuts steel.
Along the way I built three companies: a technical consulting firm, a sales company bridging Western clients with verified Chinese manufacturers, and a manufacturing group running mold making, injection molding and die casting.
Then I started meeting hardware startup founders. Smart people, good products — walking into the same traps I'd watched big brands pay millions to learn about. The difference: a big brand survives an $85K tooling mistake. A pre-seed startup doesn't.
That's why I do this. Not as an advisor who gives you a deck. As a partner who gives you a factory.
